Artificial intelligence (AI) is genuinely useful for a small business and genuinely oversold, and most owners we talk to cannot tell which is which. That gap is where GCMI is putting real resources.

AI has moved past the novelty stage for small business. The owners getting real value from it are not the ones writing the cleverest prompts. They are the ones who have connected AI to the places their business information actually lives, and who have taken the time to organize that information so the tools can use it.

We intend to be the place small business owners in this region come to when they want to understand what AI can actually do for their business.
